Frequently Asked Questions

  • In preparation for our call, please send 3 photos of yourself from the Anterior, Posterior and Lateral views (examples below). 

  • Without these I won't be able to run an analysis on your posture!  My email will be provided to you upon booking.

  • What do the posture photos need to be like? Are a t-shirt and shorts acceptable?

Yes, a t-shirt and shorts are perfectly fine for the posture photos!  We just need to be able to see certain bony landmarks such as the acromion process of the shoulder and the knees/ankles for example.  As shown in the examples, this allows us to review specific joint angles together during our consult.

  • I'm also interested in weight management.  Is this something that can be included in the action plan?

Yes!  The action plan does not have to be specific towards one goal, however, depending on what the goals are there will likely be phases where steps towards one goal is emphasized over another.

  • How long will it take to see results?

This depends on consistency!  We start to see changes at the neuromuscular level within the first 2 weeks.  Upon building upon the habits we are creating as part of your action plan, diet and recovery; you may see a drastic difference in posture within your first month!

For best results, staying consistent and adapting your program accordingly for 3 months is recommended.

  • I don't have access to a gym, am I still able to participate in a program like this?

Absolutely, the habits and exercises we prescribe for you aren't limited to commercial gyms.  Although, having access to basic resistance training equipment such as dumbbells and/or resistance bands will increase the amount of options we are able to work with!

  • If I decide to cancel, can I get a refund?

Once a cancellation has been requested at least 24 hours in advance you will be fully refunded.  For month-to-month coaching plans, refunds will be issued on a pro-rated basis in accordance with the amount of weeks for which you have received coaching.
