Ryan Shivpaul MHSc, CSEP-CPT has provided education to 11,000+ individuals on musculoskeletal injury-free lifestyle. He uses a combination of research, assessment and rehabilitation as the foundation for his functional training style.
Ryan started his journey in the fitness industry with humble beginnings as a Personal Trainer for Ontario Tech, where he was fortunate enough to garner experience working as a chiropractic assistant and a sessional instructor.

A published scholarly author, Ryan also has multiple media appearances under his belt including professional videos for corporations, YouTube & Breakfast Television shows. He has a Master's degree with a focus on biomechanics and has been a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer for over a decade.

Getting Personal...

I started my fitness journey in the weight room at 16, although I was always involved in some form of athletics. Aside from basketball, volleyball and boxing, I enjoy anything that involves elements of creativity from music, drawing and especially cooking....what can I say, food is life!
Helping people understand the 'why' behind training philosophies as well as biomechanics and physiology is what I find most fulfilling about the fitness space.
